Data Subject Request

To exercise your rights to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, or to object to its processing, you can write to the address below. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest (Article 13 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law). You can also exercise most of these rights directly inside the app — see Section 12.1 of the Personal Data Processing Notice.

Please submit your application together with information verifying your identity, in line with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Applications to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded free of charge as a rule; where the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is refused, if you find the response inadequate or if no response is given within the period, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Article 14).

The data controller's identity details (name and surname, Turkish national ID number, full address, tax and MERSİS details, registered electronic mail address) will be entered here and in all the other texts once the sole proprietorship has been registered.
